What is ABQ Jump?
ABQ Jump is Albuquerque’s largest indoor inflatable play & party center.  We have been voted “Best of the City” for 2 consecutive years for “Best Place for a Kid’s Birthday.”  Our 8,000 sq ft facility has two jump arenas with 24 foot ceilings, two party rooms with 9 foot thrones and multiple pieces of commercial inflatables and obstacle courses.

Do you just do Birthday parties?
No.  ABQ Jump has Open Jump hours Monday – Friday where you can come in and play. 

Can I customize my party?
Yes!  You can add on balloons, goodie bags, food etc.  Just check out our party add-ons.

Can I bring in outside food?
You can always bring in your own cake, drink and ice cream with a reserved party.  Additional outside food needs to be preapproved and you may incur an outside food charge. 

Can I bring in a piñata or silly string?
Sorry, but no.  You are welcome to bring in other decorations, such as balloons and table clothes and your party coordinator will decorate your room while you are playing.

Can I bring in my own balloons and goodie bags?
Yes.  You can bring in your own or you can order goodie bags and balloons through ABQ Jump. 

Do I need to bring candles for my cake?
No.  We have candles here for you. 

What happens if I have more kids RSVP than I planned on?
We can always upgrade your party to the next package or you can pay $10 per child over your reserved guest count.  We will work with you on this.

How long are your parties?
Our parties are a FULL 2 hours.  Your party will play for the first 80 minutes and the last 40 minutes is spent in the party room where your party coordinator will serve you and your guests.

Can I add on food the day of the party?
You can always add on additional pizza and drinks.  Cakes, fruit/veggie trays and sandwich platters require 2 day notice.

Do we need to arrive early for our scheduled party?
Yes, we recommend that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.

Is it true that you provide Thank You cards for us?
Yes!  Your party coordinator checks in the gifts as they arrive and also completes your Thank You notes before you leave.

What is ABQ Jump’s cancellation policy?
A $75 deposit is due when making your party reservation and is fully refundable if you provide 14 days notice and return the invitations if you have already received them.  We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, so we will work with you to reschedule your party if needed.

What do you clean your equipment with?
We use EPA approved antibacterial cleaner on all of our jumps and equipment. 
We pride ourselves in keeping our facility clean for your family and ours.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, and we also have DIRECTV so you can keep up on the games!

Please remember that ABQ Jump is an unsupervised centre; the person booking the party or bringing the kiddos in for Open Jump is responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited children. We suggest that you have extra adults to assist you. A ratio of 1 adult to every 5 kids is the ideal; however 1 adult to every 8 kids is still manageable.
